About the Author

Children’s author Jennifer Rondina has been a nurse for ten years and is the mother to a four-year-old boy named Avery. "A to Z Come Along with Me, Doctor’s Office Visit" is a unique alphabet storybook that introduces words or terms that a child may encounter at a doctor’s office visit.

Jennifer’s goal is for parents, educators, and medical professionals to use her book as a tool to prepare a child for a doctor’s visit and to alleviate any big emotions that they may have leading up to it. She hopes her young readers relate to the story’s character and overcome their fear and anxiety by feeling educated about the process and that it stays with them long after the book is closed.

Jennifer has a degree in Child Development and a BSN in Nursing. "A to Z Come Along with Me, Doctor’s Office Visit" is Jennifer’s debut children’s book with additional volumes coming soon.

Reviews

Have you ever thought that going to the doctor could be an opportunity to learn new things? Join young Avery on his entertaining and educational visit and learn with him how to no longer be afraid of seeing a doctor. Jennifer Rondina's "A to Z Come Along with Me, Doctor's Office Visit" will enable young readers to expand their knowledge and enrich their vocabulary with new terms, and, above all, it will ensure that the next time they enter the doctor's office, they will not be afraid.

Jennifer Rondina explains in a simple and effective way the concepts that can be very complex for children. She reveals everything there is to know, and since young readers will now know what to expect, their next visits to the doctor's office will be less scary. This book is helpful for young readers from every point of view, so I recommend it as an effective tool for parents and teachers who want to help children.
